What happens if something breaks?

Repairs and normal wear and tear are included in every plan - get in touch and we'll sort it. Damage beyond normal use is repaired at cost, and Laka insurance covers theft and accidents.
How do I cancel?

After your bike's 6-month minimum, cancel any time from your account. Return is free, and you only ever pay the rate for the time you kept it.
Will I be charged for signs of use?
+
No - scratches, scuffs and worn tyres are normal life for a kids bike and completely fine.
Is Wheelies worth it for me?
+
If your child is still growing, almost certainly - always the right size, no upfront cost, and typically hundreds cheaper than buying each bike new.
My child has grown and we need a different model.
